I'm flying into the Westchester County Airport, what are your hours of Operation?
DLC is open for business 365 days a year. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 6:00 a.m. until the last flight. Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m. until the last flight. Walk-ups are accepted and will be processed in the order in which they are received. PLEASE NOTE: During peak hours we reserve the right pair customers together traveling in the same direction.

Can I cancel or change a reservation through your website?
At this time, to cancel or change your reservation, please call our reservations center at 800-460-5520.

What is your rate from the Westchester County Airport to my destination?
We offer competitive rates based on travel between the Westchester County Airport and your point of destination. All rates include a 15% gratuity for the driver, 10% STC (Standard Transportation Surcharge) surcharge and any applicable tolls. Our rates are based on transportation only and exclude extra charges, including extra stops, waiting time, off hour surcharges, etc. Please refer to our rates section for our point-to-point rates.

I used your service and was directed to a vehicle that was not DLC's?
During peak travel times, we occasionally use other companies, agents or contractors to perform services necessary to our operations.
